Shipping/Handling Policy:
In-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business day of receiving your order. Nonstock items will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving your order (normally much sooner). Please call if you have questions regarding your order’s ship date. Most orders will be shipped via FedEx.
Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the item that you order. Separate charges apply to some larger items including net systems, ball carts/cages, and some oversized products, and to all shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States. We also do not ship outside the 50 United States. Ask a a sales representative for details.
You are responsible for any shipping costs on returned merchandise.
Privacy Policy:
SiliconVolley.com will not give out or sell any information provided to us by our customers. We consider all customer information confidential and private. We will only use the telephone number you provide us to contact you in regards to your order if that is necessary.
Return Policy:
Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority. Custom and team orders are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
All shoe sizing decisions should be made before wearing the shoes on the court. We will not accept shoes back if they are not in their original condition. Individual purchases may be returned within 30 days for a prompt refund, exchange or credit, whichever you prefer. Team purchases or large quantity orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and should include your packing slip. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and any returned items may be credited for the original value of the merchandise only.
